빌 게이츠 집 구경좀 해 볼까요?      중국 후진타오 주석이 미국을 방문했는데, 백악관 혹은 부시의 텍사스 목장이 아니라 빌 게이츠의 시애틀 집에서 첫 만찬을 가졌습니다. 변화되어 가는 국제정치의 한 흐름을 보여주고 있습니다. 국가 정상만이 아니라 다국적 기업의 정상도 이제 국가 외교의 매우 중요한 대상이라는 거죠.   요새 빌 게이츠 집 모습이 많이 공개가 되어 있습니다. 그래서 한번 구경좀---.     The Bill Gates' House           On the shores of Lake Washington. ... originally spun as an "ecology house". 집안 구경도 해 볼까요?

 

침실이 7개라는 데, 목욕탕은 24개라니까 무슨 스위트 룸 구조겠네요. 식당도 6개나 되고,수영장과 세계에서 가장 아름다운 극장, 도서관, 회의실, 집무실, 실내-외 체육관 등등이 있다네요---.

 

97년 싯가 대지(970만달러) 건축비 합쳐 5300만달러 였는데,

지금은 싯가 1억~1억5000만 달러가 나간다는데 값을 매길수 없을 겁니다.

 

1년 관리비가 10억원 이상 들어가고, 집보는 일꾼만 300명, 그 중 전기기술자가 100명이 넘는답니다.

 

세계 최고 부자니까, 돈과 관련된 이야기는 아무래도 얼굴 간지러운 이야기 일 겁니다.

 

집안 방문객들은, 곳곳에 설치된 완벽하게 마이크로소프트에 통제된답니다.
모든 바닥에는 센서가 부착되어 있어서, 방문객의 위치를 15cm 이내에서 추적할 수 있답니다. 목욕탕 물은 빌게이츠가 집에 들어오는 시간에 정확하게, 정확한 온도로 가득 채워지고--

빌게이츠가 노래를 듣고 있다면, 그가 움직이는 데로 노래가 따라 다닌답니다. 심지어 바깥에 있는 풀장바닥에서도 노래가 나온 답니다.

집안에 까린 통신케이블 길이만 78km에 달한답니다.

방문객 침실은 두개라는데 방 숫자는 60개가 넘는다네요.

차고는 자동차가 들어오는 걸 멀리서 감지해, 차가 정확히 차고 앞에 왔을때 저절로 열려서 차가 멈추지 않고 바로 들어갈 수 있게 되어 있다고.

집에 있는 일부 나무들은 컴퓨터로 24시간 감시되며, 약간 건조하면 즉각 정확한 양의 물을 공급해 준다네요.

지하에 있는 극장은,  세계에서 가장 아름답고 완벽한 극장 이라는데--, 뭐 어떻길래 그런지는 안나와 있네요.  위의 건물 조감도에서 극장을 클릭하니까, 20석의 푹신한 좌석이 마련돼 있고, 팝콘 기계도 있고, HD화질 스크린이 걸려있다는 정도입니다.
